V.Q. Paxon, = Will

I, Vilroy Q. Paxon, of Englewood, in the County of
Cook & State of Illinois, being of sound mind &
memory, make & declare this to be my Last Will
& Testament
            First
I desire that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid
            Second
All the rest, residue & Remainder of my estate I
give and bequeath to my beloved wife Cornelia
M. Paxon
            Third
I appoint and constitute my friend Elliot S.
Rice to be the Executor of this my last Will &
Testament, and direct that he be allowed to
qualify as such executor without giving bond
with surety such bond being hereby expressly
waived
       Given under my hand & seal this

We and each of us present at the request of
said testator & saw him sign his name to the
foregoing Will and heard him declare the same
to be his Last Will and Testament, and in his
presence and at his request & in the presence
of each other we have become witnesses to the
said Will on the day of the date thereof
