Be it remembered that on the 31"
day of October 1894 the Last Will (and Testament) of
Chancy M. Stetson was filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Vigo Circuit Court said Will being in
words and figures following to wit
Will I, Chancey M. Stetson of the City of Terre Haute,
County of Vigo State of Indiana do make and
publish this my Last Will and Testament
1st I give and bequeath to Lizzie Malone of the
City of Terre Haute, an Anuity of Two Hundred
Dollars ($20000) per Annum during her natural
life, to be paid to her by any Executor for the first
year, and thereafter by my legatees and devisees here-
inafter named And this legacy or anuity shall
be a charge upon my real Estate hereinafter
described
2" I give, devise and bequeath all my estate
both real and personal during his natural life
to my brother Silas C. Stetson of Manchester in the
State of New Hampshire, and at his death all my
real Estate both real and personal I give, de-
vise and bequeath to my nephew Charles G.
Greene Jr of Concord in the State of New Hampshire
This bequest is made subject to that made
in Stein Mo, one (1) in favor of Lizzie Malone
3" I hereby appoint Leslie D. Thomas of
Terre Haute, Indiana, Executor of this Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 26" day of October AD

Signed, sealed and acknowledged by Chancey
M. Stetson as his last Will and Testament in our
presence and signed by us in his presence and in
the presence of each other as attesting witnesses, at
his request this 26" day of October AD 1891
