James Hughes

paper-writing, purporting to be the Last Will &
Testament of James Hughes, and of the Affidavits
and proofs accompanying the same, and being satis-
fied that the same is genuine and was made &
executed by the said James Hughes as and for
his Last Will & Testament, It is therefore ordered,
that the aforesaid paper-writing be taken, allowed
and admitted as the Last Will and Testament of the
said James Hughes, deceased, and that the same be
and hereby is duly admitted to Probate & Records
               Done and ordered this the 18" day of April
               A.D. 1896                H.G. Mason
