Will In the name of God, Amen
I William A Colclough, of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, being of sound mind and mem-
ory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail
and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
That is to say,
I first desire that Mrs R.K. Furman
shall have my entire estate, both personal Real, to
do what she sees proper with, But should she man-
age as I hope she will and is capable of doing, I
desire after the expiration of five years enjoyment of
said Estate, To call to her affection her sister, Mrs
S.T. Bassard, and divide equally (with her) my Estate.
I have given Mrs Furman the enjoyment of my
worldly property for five years, simply because I have
been very kind to my dear friend Mrs F.S. Bussard
in years past and this is to make things equal.
After reflection I desire that the proceeds of the
place known as the Plantation near Midway Florida
shall belong to Mrs R.K. Furman, entirely and not
to be divided between herself and sister.
The notes which I have against S.E. Conyers
I desire shall be given up to him as a gift, except
the one for three thousand Dollars which must be
collected from him. And also he owes me for
five Bales of Cotton, shipped from Midway Depot
Florida.
I appoint Dr J.J. Bassard my Executor. I hereto
set my hand and seal Aug. 21st 1873.
