J.A. Carlisle, to me well known, who says that was
well acquainted with William A. Colclough in his life
time, that he has known him for 24 years, that
he is familiar with his handwriting having seen him
write often, that he has examined the foregoing paper
purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said
William A. Colclough. That from his knowledge of his
handwriting, he verily believes the writing exhibitied as
the Last Will and Testament of William A. Colclough
to be the true Last Will and Testament of the said
William A. Colclough, deceased, and he further
swears that the signature to said Will is in the
handwriting of William A. Colclough. And he
further swears that he is well acquainted with
the handwriting of the subsrcirbing witnesses to the
Will and he believes their signatures to be

The said Last Will and Testa-
ment having been duly established by the sworn testimony
of J.A. Carlisle who swears to the handwriting of the Testator
and subscribing witnesses thereto as being genuine and as being
the true Last Will and Testament of the said William A.
Colclough, and no objection being made to the probate
thereof. And it appearing to the County Judge of said County
by due proof that said William A. Colclough died
on the 9th day of May A.D. 1896.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that
said Last Will and Testament bearing date of Aug. 21, 1873
and attested by W.H. Geiger, Geo. W. Lee Jr & Thomas A.
Branch as subscribing witnesses thereto be and the same
is hereby admitted to probate according to law as
and for the true Last Will and Testament of said |
