Louis A. Barnes
and her heirs does not change or alter the estates
right and title in and to the property of the said Louis
A. Barnes, in as much as the said Sarah R. Barnes and
Louis A. Barnes left only two heirs at law, namely
Thomas L. Barnes and Samuel Lawrence Barnes, the same
being the only children of the said Sarah R. Barnes and
Louis A. Barnes that are now living or that were living
at the date of the decease of the said Louis A. Barnes
and that the said two children have inherited all the
property of the said decedent by statute as well as
                                                  the
under and by in pursuance of the terms of said Will
accompanying las Will and Testament of the said Louis
A. Barnes.  And inasmuch as the said Last Will and
Testament revokes all former Wills made by the said
Louis A. Barnes, Your petitioner has deemed it right and
proper that this Will should be filed, proven and
admitted to probate, and herewith submits the same to
the Court for probate in conformity to the probate in 
such cases
    Your petitioner therefore prays that the said Last
Will and Testament may be proven and probated accor-
ding to Law, and that Samuel L. Sawyer of Danver
Massachussetts may be appointed as Administrator cum
testamento anexo, with full power and authority to
Administer upon the estate of the said Louis A Barnes
deceased, as required by the statute in such cases af-
ter he shall have published due notice of such ap-
plication as required by the statute in such cases
          And your petitioner will ever pray, etc

Affidavit  
                       Personally came before me Thom-
as H. Barnes, to me well known who being duly 
sworn, deposes and says that the statements set forth
and contained in the foregoing petition are true
That no Executor is appointed under and by the fore-
going Last Will and Testament except Sarah R. Barnes
who died before the death of the Testator. Afficant
further swears that he has no interest under the foregoing
Will, and that he verily believes that the writing
exhibited herewith as the Last Will and Testament of
Louis A. Barnes, deceased, is the true Last Will
