In the name of God. Amen.
               I Louis A. Barnes of Gainesville
in the State of Florida, being in usual health
and of sound and disposing mind and memory
do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament in manner following
to, wit=  I give, devise and bequeath all my prop-
erty and estate both real and personal of what
soever kind, or wheresoever situated at the time
of my death to my beloved wife Sarah R. Barnes
if she be then living, to be hers and her heirs ab-
solutely and forever without appraisement or inventory
and I hereby appoint Sarah R. Barnes my said
wife, sole Executrix, and I direct that the said
Sarah R. Barnes shall not be required to file any
Bond as Executrix.
    I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made
             In witness whereof I have hereunto sub-
scribed my name with my own hand and afixed 
my seal at Gainesville, Florida, this 28' day of May

           The foregoing instrument of writing was at the
date thereof subscribed by the said Louis A Barnes
with his own hand and sealed by him in our presence
and he declared at the same time published and de-
clared the same to us and each of us as and for his
Last Will and Testament and acknowledged to us and
to each of us that he executed the same Whereupon we
at his request and in his presence and in the presence
of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as
attesting witnesses and written opposite our names our res-
pective places of abode residence
