W. Porter and J.D. Matheson each of whom
being to me well known, and who being duly
sworn each for himself deposes and says, That
he was present and saw Louis A. Barnes sign,
seal and declare the foregoing as and for his
last Will and Testament, and these affiants and
M. Fitch Miller signed the same at his request &
in his presence and in the presence of each
other as subscribing witnesses thereto

Order, Probating the Will of Louis A. Barnes
This cause coming on to be heard, and it appearing
from the foregoing petition of Thomas H. Barnes a
credible person who has no interest under said
the
Will, that the same is ^ true last Will and Testament
of the deceased, that no Executor has been appointed
under and by Virtue of said Will, except Sarah
R. Barnes, who died long prior to the death of the
Testator, and the said Will having been proven by
the oath of J.D. Matheson and W. Porter who were
attesting witnesses to the execution of the said Will
And the Court being advised in the premises, upon
consideration hereof it is ordered and adjudged by the
Court that the foregoing Will be and the same is herein
and hereby admitted to probate as the Last Will and tes-
tament of Louis A. Barnes
And it is further ordered and adjudged by the Court
that Samuel L. Sawyer do make publication of his
application for Letters of Administration, cum testamento
anexo, for six weeks as required by the Statute in
such cases
