                             In the name of God, Amen
I Joanna Z. Kirby of Jonesville Florida, being of sound
mind and disposing mind and memory calling to
mind the uncertainty of life and being desirous
of settling my worldly affairs, and directing how
the estate with which it has pleased God to bless
me shall be disposed of after my decease, do make
and publish this my Last Will and Testament
And first I commit my mortal being to Him
who gave it, and my body to the earth, to be buried
with little expense or ostentation, and my worldly
estate, and all the property real and personal or
mixed - of which I shall die possed of
  My Will is that my lands shall be held
for the benefit of my children, and to be divided
equally between them as they become of age or
marry, I also desire that the personal prop-
erty shall be Kept for the support and maintenance
of the family, and having every confidence in my
husband, I wish him to take charge of the same
and use it as he thinks proper
      After thinking the matter over I also desire
and Will that my husband T.M. Kirby have a
child's part of the real estate including the buildings
on the premises
      I do appoint and nominate my husband to
be the Executor of this my Last Will & Testament
      In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand
      and seal, this the 4 day of March A.D. 1886
