Order
        In the matter of the Last Will and Testament }
        of Joanna Kirby, deceased, late of Alachua   }
        County Florida                               }
                           The said Last Will and Testament
        having been duly established by the sworn testimony
        of R.W. Jones, a subscribing & attesting Witness thereto
        as being the true Last Will and Testament of the said
        Joanna Kirby, and no objection being made to
        the probate thereof And it appearing to the County
        Judge of said County by due proof that the said
        Joanna Kirby died on the ___ day of __ A.D. 188-
           It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that
        the said Last Will and Testament, bearing date of
        March 4" 1886 and attested by P.B.H. Dudley R.W.
        Jones and E. Dupree as subscribing Witnesses
        thereto be and the same is hereby admitted to pro-
        bate according to Law as and for the true Last
        Will and Testament of said Joanna Kirby, deceased
        and that the same with the proof thereof be duly
        recorded in the Book of Wills
