Application To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said
Court, The petition of G.W. Hyde respectfully showeth
that he is a resident of Alachua County, State of Florida
That on the 16" day of July AD 1896, James B. Brown
of Gainesville in said Alachua County, departed this
life at his home, leaving a Last Will and Testament
duly signed and attested, as your petitioner believes
which he now presents to your honor for probate
That said testator in said Will nominated H.F. Dutton
executor thereof, but that said H.F. Dutton declines to
act as such Executor of said Will, That the deceased
left property and effects as follows, some valuable
real Estate in said County and State. That said de-
ceased left him surviving a wife and four children
his only heirs at law That your petitioner resided
in Gainesville in said County and State and he is
willing to Administer upon said Estate with said Will
annexed Wherefore your petitioner prays that the said
Will may be admitted to probate, and Letters of
Administration thereon may be issued to him, the
said Applicant, after proper proof hearing &
proof, and that all other orders necessary may
