Order
In the matter of the Last Will and }
Testament of James B. Brown deceased }
late of Alachua County, Florida. }
} The said Last Will and
Testament having been duly established by the sworn
testimony of W.W. Avera, a subscribing and attesting
witness thereto as being the true Last Will & Testament
of the said James B. Brown, and no objection being
made to the probate thereof, And it appearing to the
County Judge of said County by did proof that the
said James B. Brown died on the 16" day of July
AD 1896 = It is therefore ordered, adjudged and
decreed that the said Last Will and Testament, bearing
date __ day of December AD 1895, and attested by
Horace Giddings
^George R. Ellis and W.W. Avera as subscribing wit-
nesses thereto be and the same is hereby admitted
to probate and according to law as and for the
true Last Will and Testament of the said James
B. Brown, deceased, and that the same with the
proof thereof be duly recorded in the Book of
Wills
