                      Before the subscriber persinall appeared
Samuel Nipper who after being duly sworn, states on oath
that he saw Mary S. Watson whose name appears to the
foregoing Will, sign and seal said instrument & that he together
with W.R. Hathcox and A.D. Hathcox, witnessed the due
execution thereof, and signed the same as witnesses in the
presence of the testatrix Mary S. Watson, now deceased, and
in the presence of each other, on the day and year as
written in said Will

                  The last Will and testament of Mary S.
Watson having been proved before me in due form of law
by Samuel Nipper one of the subscribing witnesses thereto It
is ordered that the same be allowed as proven and admitted
to record
     Done & ordered this August 22d AD 1881

            Will of P.B.H. Dudley
In the name of God amen,
I Phillip B.H. Dudley of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, being of sound mind & memory & considering the
uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
make ordain, publish and declare this to be my last
will and testament; That is to say, First, after all my law-
ful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my
estate, real and personal, I give bequeath and dispose of
as follows, to-wit; To my beloved wife Mary M. Dudley, One
Thousand Dollars in money and eighty acres of land
described as follows; (40) Forty acres on which the homestead is
situated in Sec. 31 T (9) R (18), (40) acres in Sec 32 Township 
(9) Range 18, also all the household and
Kitchen furniture, and one years provisions. I also give
her one Sorrel mare named "Betty". And to my daughter
Joana Kirby I give all the balance of my land embraced in
