In the Name of God: Amen.
Will I James B. Brown of the City of
Gainesville, County of Alachua, and State of Florida,
hereby revoking all other and former Wills and
Codicels, by me at any time heretofore made,
do make this my last will and Testament
I appoint Col H.F. Dutton, of said City
of Gainesville, Executor of this my last Will
and Testament, and do hereby authorize him as
such Executor, to sell either at public or private
sale, as may seem to him best, the property
of every kind Real and personal, that I may
own at my death, and after paying my
just debts out of the proceeds if any, he shall
turn over and deliver to my wife Ella D. Brown
to be held and owned by her as her absolute
property and with which she is to do as she
pleases
If for any cause said property is not sold
as above stipulated, then, after the payment of
my just debts, I give devise and bequeath all
of my property remaining, whether real or per
sonal, in fee simple and absolutely to my said
wife Ella D. Brown
My wish is that neither my relations nor con
nections by marriage, or otherwise, shall administer
upon, or have anything to do with the management
of my estate. I desire that no security shall be
required of Col H.F. Dutton as such Executor
