Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint my said
husband Smith S. Sweet, the Executor of this my
last Will and Testament, and I request that no bond
be required of him, for the faithful performance of the

Probate
At a Court of Probate holden in
Order and for the town of Warwick, on the second Monday
in July AD 1896 (July 13). Upon consideration of the
instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will
and Testament of Harriet M. Sweet, late of said War-
wick, deceased, which was presented to the Clerk of
this Court on the 24" day of June last with request
for notice for this time, it appearing that the Clerk
has given legal notice by advertising the same for
fourteen days once a week in the "Pawtuxet Valley
Gleaner" a weekly Newspaper printed in said Warwick
which notice is satisfactory to the Court, said instrument
is read and Joshua M. Addeman & Cyrus P. Brown two
of the three subscribing witnesses thereto being present
are sworn and examined and said witnesses, severally
were
testify that they^present and saw said Harriet M.
Sweet sign and seal said instrument and heard her
publish, pronounce and declare the same to be her
Last Will and Testament, and that they at the
same time and at the request of the same Harriet
M. Sweet in her presence and in the presence of
each other subscribed their names as witnesses
