           County of Kent in said State, do hereby certify that
           Webster Knight who signed the annexed Certificate, is the
           President of the Town Council of the Town of Warwick,
           exercising Probate jurisdiction, there being no Probate
           Judge, and that he is duly elected and qualified and
           that the signature to the said Certificate is the proper hand-
           writing of said Webster Knight and that the attestation
           of said Webster Knight is in due form

           of Warwick duly qualified and has the Custody of the Records
