pour le Bas-Canada, dans le District de Montreal
Ont comparu Rodolphe Desrivieres, Ecueir, Avocat, de la Cite de
Montreal, et John McLean, marchand, du meme lieu,
en leur qualité d'executeurs testamentaires defed, Charles Jones Reynolds,
en son vivent, marchand, du dit lieu de Montreal, Lesquels au désir
du feat mis au cas de leur requête à moi presentèe ce jour, ont produit
le testament olograph du dit feu Charles Jones Reynolds, et m'ont
demandé de recievior la preuve du dit Testamente et d'en faire la
verification, et preuve du dit Testamente ayant été dûment faire
devcent moi ansiqui'l appert par la déposition ci-annexée d'Eduard
de Castieau, je déclare le dit Testament aussi ci-annexé daté du
quinze de Janvier mil huit cent quatre-vingt neuf, pour bien et
dûment preuve, et je ordorme qui le dit Testament soit ais pose
dans les archives de la Cour Supériaire, dans le District de
Montreal, qu'it soit enregistreè dans le registre des testament
preuves de la dite Cour, et que Copies authentiques du dit Testament
soient déliveréir à qui de droit survant la loi
Donné à Montreal, sous ma signature et le sceau de la
dite Cour Supereure, ce-vingt-sixième jour de Juin mil huit
cent quatre-vingt neuf

The will of the said Charles Jones Reynolds, and
The evidence of the said Testament and to make it
Verification, and proof of the said Testament having been duly done
In the annexed deposition of Eduard
Of Castilian, I declare the said Testament also annexed dated
Fifteen of January one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, for good and
Duly proved, and I ordain whoever says it Testament be laid
In the archives of the Superior Court, in the District of
Montreal, be registered in the register of wills
Evidence of the said Court, and that Authentic Copies of the said Testament
To be released to whom by law the law
