                 Be it remembered that on this twenty
fifth day of June, one Thousand eight hundred and
eighty nine, Before Me, undersigned Prothonotary, of
the Superior Court for Lower-Canada in the District of
Montreal, came and appeared Rodolpe Desrivieres Esq
advocate of the City of Montreal, and John MacLaren
merchant of the same place in their quality of Testa-
mentary Executors of the late Charles Jones Reynolds
in his lifetime, merchant, of the said place Montreal
who by virtue of my ficet upon their petition presented
to me this day, have filed the olograph testament of the
said late Charles Jones Reynolds, and prayed to be ad-
permitted to bring proof of the authenticity of said Will &
that probate thereof be granted, and due proof of the said
Will having been made before me as appear by the depo-
of Edward de Castieau hereto annexed, dated the fifteenth
day of January, One Thousand eight hundred and eighty
nine, to be well and duly proved, and I do order that
the said Will be deposited in the archives of the said
Superior Court in the District of Montreal, and be en-
registered in the register of Probates of the said Superior
Court in the District of Montreal and that authentic cop-
ies of the said Will be delivered to all entitled to them
