Will
Montreal Jany 15 1889.
I, the undersigned, Charles Jones Reynolds, residing in the City
and District of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, being
well in body and of sound mind and being desirous of
disposing of my effects, movable and immovable after my
death, declare that I have never made a Will before this
date, and wish and intend this to be considered as
my Last Will and Testament
First= I commend my soul to God
Second= After payment of my just debts, I give
and bequeath all of my effects, movable and immov-
able of what nature and description soever I may be
possessed at the time of my decease to my beloved wife
Lucy McGill Des Rivières, who I hereby appoint my
sole legatee to those my effects, subject to a charge
of five hundred Dollars mentioned below, which I
give to my employees
Third= I give and bequeath to my employees, male
and female in my store in the said City of Montreal the sum
of Five hundred Dollars which I wish divided among them
within one month after my death in proportion to
the time which they have been in my employ, and I
hereby charge my said wife to acquit this legacy
4". Fourth I hereby appoint my friends Rodolphe Des-
Rivières, advocuté, and John McLean, merchant, of the
said City of Montreal, executors of this my last Will
and Testament.
Having written in full with my own hand this my said
Testament, I have hereby signed it with my own signature
in this said City of Montreal on this fifteenth day of Jan-
uary. One Thousand eight hundred and eighty nine

I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will
and Testament of the said late Charles Jones Reynolds, and the order
touching the probate of the same, are true Copies of the originals re-
maining deposited in the Archives of the Superior Court, in the Disctrict
of Montreal, and that the transt*ation of the Probate of said Will is a
true transtation of such Probate
