        In the matter of the last Will and Testament }
        of Mrs. Tirzeh Porter, deceased Late of      }
        Alachua County Florida                       }
                                             The said Last Will and Testament
        having been duly established by the sworn Testimony of Edward
        G. Harris and L. Kennedy, subscribing witnesses thereto, as
        being the true Last Will and Testament of the said Tirzeh Porter
        and no objection being made to the Probate thereof. And it
        appearing to the County Judge of said County by due proof
        that the said Tirzeh Porter died on the 20" day of February
        A.D. 1898.  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
        that the said Last Will and Testament bearing date the 7"
        day of May A.D. 1894 and attested by L. Kennedy May
        Bartleson and Edward G. Harris, as subscribing witnesses
        thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted to probate accor-
        ding to law, as and for the true Last Will and Testament
        of said Tirzeh Porter, deceased, and that the same with the
        proof thereof be recorded in the book of Wills
