Sec (31) I give her(160) one hundred and Sixty acres in Sec
(26) Range 17 T   I give her $500.00 Five Hundred dollars in
money and one Brown Bay Mare named Julia.
     I also give to my daughter Virginia Jones $800.00 Eight
Hundred dollars in money also a certain tract of land
Known as the Hawkins Place containing three hundred
and twenty acres.
     I also give to my son P.B.H. Dudley that certain
tract of land Known as the Parchman place situated
near Archer Florida, containing (200) two hundred acres
more or less. I also give him that certain piece of land
lying and being in the town of Archer, in which the
Gin House is situated and the dividing line is to be estab-
lished between the store occupied by Dudley & Co. and
the Gin house above written the dividing line to run
East and West, I also give to him the engine and all
the fixtures pertaining to it, also three head of mules.
     I also give to my daughter Harriet Williams that certain
tract or parcel of land situated in the town
of Archer, on which the Store house and Dwelling is
situated, I also give to her all the stock in trade, I mean
to say that I give her all the merchandise, books so
contained in the store at Archer, She the said Harriet
Williams is to pay out of the said stock of merchandise
all debts that are against said merchandise
The said Harriet Williams has also to pay out of the
proceeds of goods sold, the amount of Twenty-three Hundred
to the heirs above mentioned Viz; To my wife Mary, One
Thousand dollars, and to my daughter Joana Kirby Five
Hundred Dollars, and to my daughter Virginia Jones
Eight Hundred Dollars. I also give to my Grand daughters
Frances M. and Alica J. Jones, the balance of that certain
tract of land lying and being in the town of Archer
Fla, the boundary line to commence on the north of
Harriet Williams' dwelling, the railing of the yard on
the North side to be the dividing line until better established
by survey. I also give to my Grand Son Phillip
James Jones, the sum of Two Hundred & Fifty Dollars to
be invested in some good stock until her becomes of
age, and in the event he should die before he arrives at
Maturity then the said amount is to rest in his sisters
and brothers
     Likewise I make constitute and appoint my said
son P.B.H. Dudley and my son-in-law James W. Williams
