= Will, = In the name of God, Amen
I, Mts. Tirzeh Porter, of the City of Gainesville, and State of
Florida, being in good health of body and of sound and
disposing mind, memory and discretion, and being desirous to
5 settle and direct the disposition of my worldly affairs while I
have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this
my last Will and Testament (hereby revoking and making null &
void all other last Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made
And as to my worldly estate and all the property, real
personal or mixed of which I shall die siezed and possessed
or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death or
to which my estate shall be entitled by reason of my death, I
devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner and form
following, First and principally I commit my soul unto God
who gave it, and my body to the earth to be interred by the di-
10 -rection of my children
First = I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my death as can be conveniently done
out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of
my Executor from any portion of my personal estate
Second = I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my son Robert
H. Porter, Three thousand Dollars to be paid to him out of first
moneys derived from my estate, after paying any indebtedness
and funeral expenses
Third = I hereby give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my
estate to be divided in five parts of as near equal shares as
possible, Giving to my daughter Mrs H. Amelia Bartleson
her heirs and assigns, one share or one fifth
To my son Robert H. Porter, his heirs and assigns one share
or one fifth.
To my son Thomas V. Porter, his heirs and assigns one share
or one fifth.
To my son James R. Porter, his heirs and assigns one share
or one fifth,
To my daughter Mrs Rachel Addie Gaunt her heirs and
assigns, one share or one fifth, But I hereby Will and
direct my Executor to pay William P. Copeland and John
D. Copeland the two eldest sons of Mrs Rachel Addie Gaunt
one thousand dollars each out of their mothers share
of my estate, and then pay the ballance of said share, or
one fifth to their mother.
