Will =  I hereby Will and direct the amounts bequeathed to William
        P. Copeland and John D. Copeland shall be held for them
        in trust, by my Executor until such time as my Executor
        and their mother, Mrs Rachel Addie Gaunt may decide
        it is prudent and advisable to pay over said amounts to
        said William P. Copeland and John D. Copeland, and in the
        event my executor and Mrs Rachel Addie Gaunt should
        not reach an agreement on this subject, then I hereby
        will and direct that they refer the matter to all my Chil-
        dren living (including themselves) and the wishes of
        the majority shall prevail, I hereby further stipulate
                       the death of
        that in the event of^either William P. Copeland or John
        D. Copeland, before my estate is settled up and amount
        as stipulated paid over to them, then in such event their
        said interest to revert to their mother, Mrs Rachel Addie
        Gaunt or her heirs and assigns It
        Fourth = It is my will and wish to have one Executor for
        my estate, who is to take charge of and direct the manage-
        ment of my said estate, and to that end I hereby appoint,
        designate and nominate and select my son Thomas V. Porter
        as my sole executor. As I repose full confidence in the in-
        tegrity and faithfulness of my son Thomas V. Porter whom I
        have nominated and appointed as my Executor, I therefore
        direct that he shall not be required to enter into any bond
        or bonds to any Court or Courts for the faithful carrying
        out of the directions and devices and bequeathments of this
        my Last Will and Testament and that no bond or bonds shall
        be required of him for the faithful and honest execution of
        all the affairs of my estate
        Fifth= I hereby Will and bequeath to my son Thomas V.
        Porter a reasonable Compensation for services as executor of
        my estate
        Sixth = I direct that my executor shall use all dilligence in
        his best Judgement in the management and direction of my
        estate, and that the best Judgement shall be used to Keep the
        affairs of my estate out of the Courts, and if it be possible,
        to obviate all costs and expenses of Court and litigation
        Seventh = Full power and authority is hereby given to my
        son Thomas V. Porter, to sell my United States Government Bonds
        and any and all personal property or real that may belong
        to me or to my estate at my death, and to collect any and
        all indebtedness of every description that may be due or
        afterwards become due to my estate. My Executor is also
