= Mrs. Tirzeh Porter =
Will           fully authorized and empowered to collect the life insurance
               money that will become due to my estate at my death from
               Life policy No 253685 of the Mutual Life Insurance Company of
               New York dated June 27" 1884, for Five Thousand Dollars, and
               the said insurance Company shall pay over the said money
               and they shall not be required to see to the application or
               use of said money by said Executor.
               Eighth = Finally, I hereby authorize my Executor, Thomas V.
               Porter to use his own Judgement and discretion about selling
               disposing of property, and collecting indebtedness and insur-
               ance money at my my death, and in fact everything concerning
               the closing up of the affairs of my estate
                       { In testimony whereof I, the said Mrs Tirzeh Porter do here-
                       { unto set my hand and affix my seal to and publish
                       { and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in
                       { the presence of the witnesses named below on this the
                       { seventh day of May, in the year of our Lord, one
                       { thousand eight hundred and ninety four

               Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Mrs Tirzeh
               Porter as and for her Last Will and Testament, in presence of
               us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other and
               at her request have signed the same as witnesses thereto

Proof,
    Witness,                      Before me W.H. Baker, County Judge in and
               for said County, and Commissioner by virtue of the hereto attached Commission
               personally appeared Miss L. Kennedy and Edward G. Harris, who being by
               me duly sworn say that they were personally present as subscribing witnesses
               with May Bartleson, who was also present as a subscribing and attesting wit-
               ness, and saw the testatrix Tirzeh Porter, subscribe her name to the instrum-
               ent of wiring hereto annexed as and for her Last Will and Testament, and
               the said Tirzeh Porter did then and there in the presence of the said three
               witnesses publish and declare the same to be her Last Will and Testament
               That the said three witnesses did then and there at the special request of
               said Tirzah Porter, and in her presence and in the presence of each other
               subscribe their names thereto as attesting witnesses And the said L. Kennedy
               and Edward G. Harris further swear that they verily believe the said instru-
               ment of writing hereto annexed, so subscribed, declared and attested as aforesaid
               to be the true Last Will and Testament of said testatrix the said Tirzeh Porter
