                    In the County Court of Alachua County
Florida, To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said Court
The petition of H.V. Noszky, respectfully showeth that he is a
resident of Alachua County, State of Florida, That on the
__ day of __ AD 1896 Charles J. Billinghurst in said Alachua
County, departed this life at his home, leaving a Last
Will and Testament, duly signed and attested as your
petitioner believes, which he now presents to your Honor
for probate, That deceased left property and effects in
said County & State That said deceased left him survi-
ving Lucy J. Billinghurst, his only heir at Law
  That your petitioner resides at Earleton, Florida
Wherefore, your petitioner prays that the said Will may
be admitted to probate after proper hearing & proof, and
that all other orders necessary may be made

                      H.V. Noszky being duly sworn
says that the foregoing petition by him subscribed
is true. Sworn to and subscribed before me
this 7" day of April AD 1897  H.G. Mason

In the matter of the Last Will and Testament   }
of Charles J. Billinghurst, deceased, late of  }
Alachua County, Florida,                       }
                                         The said Last Will and Testament
having been duly established by the sworn testimony of H.V. Noszky, a
subscribing and attesting Witness thereto, as being the true Last Will and
Testament of the said Charles J. Billinghurst, and no objection being
made to the probate thereof, And it appearing to the County Judge
of said County by due proof that the said Charles J. Billinghurst, died
on the __ day of __ AD 1897. It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and
decreed that the said Last Will & Testament, bearing date, 9" day of
June AD 1896, and attested by H.V. Noszky, J.W. Russell and M.E. Russell
as subscribing witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted to Probate
according to law as and for the true Last Will and Testament of the said
Chas J. Billinghurst, and that the same with the proof thereof be duly recorded
in the Book of Wills.
