Will Last Will and Testament of
Charles J. Billinghurst
In the name of the Beneficent Father of all, I Charles
J. Billinghurst of the Town of Orange heights, County of
Alachua, and State of Florida, being of full age and
of sound mind and disposing mind and understand-
ding, and not under any restraint, do make and pub-
lish this my last Will and Testament as follows, to wit
Item 1st It is my will that my real estate wherever situated
and of whatever Kind or description shall be given &
I do hereby Will and devise the same to my sister Lucy
E. Billinghurst to be hers in fee simple forever
Item 2" It is also my will that my said Sister Lucy E. Billing-
hurst shall have all my personal and all my chattel
property of every Kind and description, excepting such
Chattel property as my brother Frances J. Billinghurst may
select for his own
Item 3rd It is my Will that my sister Lucy E. Billinghurst
shall pay all my Just debts
Item 4" I do hereby constitute my sister Lucy E. Billinghurst
to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, here-
by revoking all former Wills by me made, and ratifying
and confirming this to be my only Last Will & Testament
