                   Personally appeared before me Mrs
M.V. Furman and Mrs M.E. Tinsley, well Known to
me, who being duly sworn depose and say that they
were each personally well acquainted with Miss
Margarett O'Neil during her lifetime, and that
they verily believe the writing herewith exhibited as
her last Will and Testament to be the true Last
Will and Testament of the said Miss Margaret O'Neil
  Affiants further swear that they have no interest
whatever in the estate of said Margaret O'Neil, nor in
any of the bequests or legacies therein mentioned or

I, Margaret B. O'Neill, of Clay County, Kansas, being weak
in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding,
declare this to be my last Will and Testament
  I give and bequeath to my sister, Mrs Sarah A. Snyder
of Clifton Kansas all that tract of land conveyed to me
by deed from Charles G. Alneer and Eva C. Alneer, his wife
dated November 14" 1883 and recorded in public Records of
Alachua County Florida Dec 24" 1883 in Deed Book "Q"
at pages 201, 202 & 203, I also bequeath to Mrs Sarah A.
Snyder all my personal property, except my gold rimmed
spectacles which are for C.H. Furman of Fairbanks Florida
after said Mrs Snyder has used them as long as they fit
her eyes.
  I bequeath to Mrs Bertha M. Beckham of Fairbanks Fla,
Lot one (1) in said City of Fairbanks (being the first lot in
                                                paid in
the Town, bought of C.D. Furman for fifty Dollars^cash, Deed
for same is signed by C.D. Furman & wife, and acknowledged
by Alexander Duncan Notary Public, but not recorded
and is among C.H. Furmans papers, I Suppose,
  I bequeath also to Bertha M. Beckham the Lot lying
directly north of said Lot one (1), Adding from the south-
east Corner of the same lot a triangular piece from the
