 triangular Lot adjoining, running to the Rail Road
  The remainder of the whole number of lots and parcels
of land described in Deed given by Mary E. and Charles D.
Furman to me dated March 4" 1878 and recorded in the
public Records of said County & State in Deed Book "K"
at pages 44, 45 & 46, March 18 1878, to be equally divided
between the three sons of Charles H. Furman, namely
Chester Snyder, Chas D. and Harry H. Furman
  None of these lots or parcels of land to be sold un-
til the youngest is 18 years old and none of it, ex-
cept for special benefit of the sons
  Their sister Mrs Bertha M. Beckham is to see
that the taxes are paid on the lots of the three boys, until
each is 16 years old
  In Witness whereof I Margaret B. O'Neill
have hereto subscribed my name this 22 day of
May 1897                          her

and at the same time declared by her to us to be her last
Will and Testament. Witness our hands this 22 day of May 1897

In matter of the Last Will and Testament   }
of Margaret O'Neil, deceased, late of said }
County and State.                          }
                                   The said Last Will and Testament having
been established by the sworn testimony of M.V. Furman and M.E.
Tinsley, who upon oath says they verily believe the paper writing here-
with exhibited signed by the said Margaret O'Neill as Testatrix, and
by Lucy L. Rock and Fannie Rock as attesting and subscribing wit-
nesses, to be the true Last Will and Testament of Margaret O'Neill And no
objection being made to the Probate thereof And it appearing to the County Judge of
said County by due proof that the said Margarett O'Neill died on the __
day of __ 1897
       It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said Last
Will and Testament bearing date of May 22, 1897 and attested by
said Lucy L. Rock and Fannie Rock as subscribing witnesses
