revoking all former wills by me made

private debts collected, and the proceeds after paying my just
debts divided equally between my said heirs my wife Mary
M. Dudley, my daughter Harriet Williams, Virginia E. Jones
Joana Kirby, my son P.B.H. Dudley Jr, Also my two Grand
daughters Frances M. Jones and Alice J. Jones. The amounts
coming to said Frances and Alice J. Jones to be invested in bonds
for their benefit until they become of age

To divide the money left to Mrs. P.B.H. Dudley Sr, now deceased
among the children equally. To sell the Garrett place, and divide
the proceeds per ratio among children
