the issue of made to refund previous debt while I
was a member of the Bond Commission on State
of Ga Bonds, and held by my Executor in trust for
my said wife during the remainder of her natural life
and the interest paid over to her as collected for her
support, and maintenance, and at her death to be
divided between our children share and share alike, or
to the legal representatives of either of said three children

         It is also my Will that the money recieved by
my Executor from the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance
Company of Hartford Conecticut upon their Policy upon
                            & sixty seven
my life for Fourteen hundred^Dollars, made payable
to my wife Martha Jones Jewett, if living, and if
dead to our three children or their legal representatives
shall likewise be invested in either of the Kind of
bonds above mentioned in the third Item of this
my Will by my Executor and the income derived
thereupon paid over as collected to my said wife while
living and after her decease, divided between our three
children or their legal representatives, share and share
alike
       Item 5"
               It is also my will that the money re-
cieved from by my Executors from the Continental
Mutual Life Insurance Company of Hartford Conn.
for their two Policies upon my life of Twenty five hun-
dred Dollars each, making together the sum of Five thous-
-and Dollars, made payable to my said wife Martha
Jones Jewett, and my children by her, or the legal
representatives of our said Children, shall be also inves-
ted in either or all of the Kinds of said Bonds, men-
tioned in the third item of this my said will, and the
income derived therefrom the same paid over to my
said wife during the remainder of her natural life
and upon her decease, said bonds shall be delivered
overto out three children or their legal representatives
share & Share alike, Upon the death of my said wife
and a division of the bonds so invested in, out of
the money collected for any life Insurance between
my said children the share of each shall be
equalized as near as may be by the payment
of Cash, the one to the other, at the Cost of the bonds.
