         My son George B. Jewett and myself own Jointly
Two hundred and sixty nine & 24/100 acres of land in
Alachua County, Florida Known as "Rocky landing"
upon the Suwannee River which cost me about
Two hundred and thirty two dollars, and also twenty-
five shares of Gadsden Land and Improvement Stock
which cost me about Five hundred Dollars, also
Twenty shares of Savannah Fire and Marine Insur-
   Company
ance^Stock upon which we paid with the Capital
Stock, One Thousand Dollars, six hundred and fifty
dollars of which has been returned to us, also one
share of the Capital Stock of the Macon Continental
Company, upon which we paid in Ten Thousand
Dollars towards the Capital Stock of said Company,
Also ten shares of the Capital Stock of the Brunswick
Light & Water Stock, for which we paid One Thousand
Dollars - It is my will, and I do hereby give my said
son entire and legal control of all and several of said
Joint investments of my said son and myself, to man-
age and dispose of, either or all of same according
to his own best skill and judgement, hereby ratifying
and confirming what he may do in the premises and
as same may be realized on or disposed of, divide the
proceeds so as that he may have his own half, and
my half divided between himself and my other two
children
  My said son George B. Jewett shall have full
power and authority as my Executor, to be so named
hereafter in this my will and as my representative as
well to Executive and deliver all transfers, deeds or other
papers needful to execute and carry out each and
every of the provisions of this my last Will and
Testament, and having the most entire confidence in the
integrity and Judgement and faithfulness of my said
son, it is my will and I hereby so direct and declare
that if at any time in any transaction or settlement
he should commit an error he shall in no wise by
any one be held pecuniarily responsible therefor
