the remainder of her natural life Eighty shares of
the Capital Stock of the First National Bank of Macon
Ga of the par value of One hundred Dollars per share
the dividends on which may be declared by the Board
of Directors of said Bank, My Executor shall be hereby
authorized to recieve and receipt for and pay over to
my said wife for her support and maintenance while
she may live, and at her death said stock shall be
divided (if not previously sold) between my three
children or the legal representatives of one or more
of them and the other children, share and share alike
My Executors shall have authority if he thinks best
to do so to sell the said Eighty shares, at any time &
reinvest the proceeds in State of Georgia four and
one half per cent Bonds, Georgia Rail Road 6% bonds
or bonds of the City of Macon issued by the Bond
Commission when I was a member of said Commission
and pay over to my said wife the income derived
from the same as long as she may live and at
her death decease, divide said Bonds, so purchased,
as above directed in regard to the said Eighty
shares of Bank Stock

        I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter
Mattie Kitler Jewett Williams and her children the
dwelling house and lot and out houses on the Corner
of First and Oak Streets in the City of Macon,
Known in the numbering of the houses on the Street
as number "708," being the property where we now
reside, together with all the household and Kitchen
furniture contained in said dwelling, and the
Silver, Glass and China ware, engraving's, paintings
and bed clothing in our said dwelling, except
such of the latter if any as my beloved wife may
choose to Keep for her own personal use while she
may remain in life. I also bequeath to my
said beloved daughter and her children the two story
and Mansard story brick dwelling and lot on Pine
Street, Macon, Georgia, Known as number six hun-
dred and fifty seven, and standing between the house
and lot Known as number six hundred and fifty three &
the house owned and occupied by W.A. Doody, together
with the private Alley belonging to me between my said
hereby bequeathed to my said daughter and her
