children and W.A. Doodys lot, I also hereby direct my
Executor to sell my horse, Carriage, Phaeton and buggy
and all thee harness for the most he can obtain for them
and pay over the proceeds of such sale to my said beloved
daughter for her and her childrens use, Knowing that this
division of my estate by will, will naturally necessitate
greater economy in the way of personal and family
expenses

        I give and bequeath to my son John H. Jewett
and his wife Lou Ella Jewett and their children
the farm in this County and in the Howard District where
they now reside, containing One hundred and fifty acres of
land, and said farm Known in the family as Fairview
together with all the improvements therein, and I hereby
direct that if my said son and his wife shall choose to
sell said farm and with the proceeds of such sale, pur-
chase a dwelling and lot of equal value in Macon
whenever they would prefer to reside, my Executor may
at the solicitation of both in writing, make such deed
or other legal paper as may be needful to carry out
such sale or exchange, but the property so purchased
or exchanged for shall itself constitute and become a
part of their trust estate, that no part of the property
bequeathed to them by me may be taken from that
which I have taken bequeathed as a trust estate to said
son and his wife and their children for their support until
their youngest child shall arrive at lawful age
  I also give and bequeath to my son John H. Jewett
and his wife Lou Ella Jewett and their children,
Forty nine shares of the Capital Stock of the Southern,
Phosphate Co of Macon, Georgia of the par value of
One hundred Dollars per Share, also fifteen shares
of the capital Stock of the Macon Savings Bank
of Macon, Ga. of the par value of one hundred
dollars per share, and also one share of the Capital
stock of the Elberta Peach Company of the Par value
of One Thousand dollars, and it is my will and I
hereby so instruct my Executor (to be hereinafter named)
that all and the singular bequests herein named in
this my last Will and Testament in favor of my
said son John H. Jewett and his wife Lou Ella
Jewett and their children, shall be placed by my
said Executor in the hands and custody of the
