Macon Savings Bank, of Macon, Georgia as the
Trustee of my said son John H. Jewett and his wife
Lou Ella Jewett and their children, taking due
receipts for all of the said property real and per-
sonal placed in their hands as aforesaid by my
said Executor as the Trustee for said son, his wife
and their children, the said Bank to collect the interest
and dividends on said Trust Property, as may become
said
due, and pay it over to my said son and his^wife
less their commissions, as they may need or request
the same, to meet the current expenses of their family, but
in no case must said savings Bank as said Trustee
(or)
pay over to them or either of them, any part of portion
of the corpus or principal of the said Trust Estate
but hold and duly and faithfully preserve the prin-
cipal of the same until their youngest children be-
comes of lawful age, and they shall divide and
deliver up the corpus or principal to such members
of my said sons family as may at that time be
living. It is my will that the portion of insurance
money recieved forrom the Policies on my life, which
I have named and set apart for the benefit of
my said son John H. Jewett and his wife Lou
Ella Jewett and their children shall be recovered
and considered as a part of said Trust estate
from that source for the benefit of my said son
his wife and their children, shall be place in the
hands of the said Macon Savings Bank of Macon
Ga. as their Trustee and treated and managed ex-
actly as the rest of said estate is directed to be
held & managed, only the income therefrom being
paid over from time to time to my said son and
his said wife, and the Corpus held entire until
their youngest child becomes of lawful age, which
is twenty years old

I give and bequeath to my son Geo B.
Jewett, the two story brick store house on second St
Macon, Georgia, Known as Nos 454 & 456 in which
I hold my office and he his, with all the Lot on
whereon said Store house is situated, together with
all my furniture therein including my two Iron
safes, desks, chairs, and Bank Counter, excepting
only the large elegant desk, I gave to my little
