grand-son, Henry L. Jewett Williams, and I also give
and bequeath to my said son George B. Jewett, the
two story and mansard Story Brick dwelling on Price
Street, Known as number six hundred and fifty three
adjoining the Public Alley between first and second
streets on one side, on the other side by dwelling
and lot Known as number six hundred and fifty
seven, and fronting on Pine Street, Macon, Ga.
And also the Seven hundred and thirty one & 23/100
acres of land owned by me in Alachua County
Fla in the fork of the Suwannee and Santa fe
rivers, and about six miles I think from the
little town of Branford, Fla

The fifteen Bonds of one Thousand dollars
each, of the Georgia Southern and Florida Rail
road Company, held and owned by me together
with my large and valuable Cabinet of coins
and Medals, and the large and valuable Library
which belongs to me I do hereby instruct my
Executor to hold and retain in his hands as
my said Executor until he can realize what
in his careful and deliberate Judgement he
may regard as a fair value of the same, and
when ever my said executor in his Judgement
may deem it best to sell all or either of said
properties belonging to my estate he may do so
either publicly or privately according to his own
Judgement, and invest the proceeds thereof in such
bonds as I have hereinbefore indicated my preference
for, delivering one third thereof to my beloved daughter
Mattie Kittie Jewett Williams for herself and her
children, one third thereof to be retained as his own
property and the other third to be delivered to the Macon
Savings Bank as the Trustee of my son John H.
Jewett and his wife Lou Ella Jewett and their chil-
dren, taking also from the Bank their receipts there-
for, and adding the same to the other funds held by
them as trust funds in their hands belonging to my
son John H. Jewett and his wife Lou Ella Jewett and
their Children, and paying over from time to time to
my said son and his said wife the income derived
therefrom and holding the entire Corpus or principal
until their youngest child arrives at the age of twenty one
