                     Henry L. Jewett
years and then distributing the entire trust estate
among such members of the family of my said
son as may then be in life
  Item 12th
      I hereby appoint my son George B.
Jewett, the sole Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament, and no bond shall be required
of him for the honest and faithful discharge
of every duty which may devolve upon him
as my Executor, and it is my Will and I do so
hereby direct that he shall not make or cause
to be made any inventory or appraisement of
my estate, real or personal, but shall proceed to
execute and carry out this my said last Will &
Testament according to my wishes, instruction, and
bequests, as indicated herein according to his best
care, skill and business Judgement, and no more
shall by any person or persons be required of him
as my said Executor
       Item 13th
               Whatever other property real or personal
I may die possessed of, not hereinbefore men-
tioned, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife to
be distributed by her among our children, or
sold or otherwise disposed of according to her
wishes and her best Judgement on consultation
with my daughter and my Executor in rela-
tion thereto.
       Item 14th
           It is my will and I do hereby so declare
      said
that my^Executor, George B. Jewett shall have full
authority to make and execute any deeds in fee
simple to such portions of my real estate as have
herein been bequeathed, to sign all transfers of Stock
any other such papers or instruments as may be-
come necessary to Execute in order to carry out
any and every of the provisions of this my
Will, And my Executor shall have authority to
sell or Exchange any property belonging to my
Estate whenever he may think it advisable to do 
so, without any application to Court for leave to do so
in order that he may not be hindered in any manner
in the execution of any or all of the provisions of this
my last Will and Testament.
