       It is my will that the bonds and other se-
curities turned over to the Macon Savings Bank
of Macon Ga as Trustee for my son John H. Jewett
and his wife and their children, by any executor
shall be held by said savings Bank as said Trustee
and not as changed for other securities, unless up-
consultation with my executor both my executor
and said Trustee shall agree as to its advisability
in order to protect the best interests of said Trust
estate.
        In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal, and do publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament in the pres-
ence of the Witnesses whose names are hereunto
subscribed, this the sixteenth day of December (AD)
Eighteen hundred and ninety three.

said Henry L. Jewett, as his last Will and Testament
in the presence of us who at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

Upon hearing the petition of George B. Jewett for the Probate
in solemn form of the paper propounded by him as
the Last Will and Testament of Henry L. Jewett, late
of Bibb County Ga. now deceased, and for its admission
to record as such and it appearing to the Court that
all the heirs at Law of said deceased and all parties
interested in said Will directly or indirectly have been
duly and legally served with a copy of said petition
to probate said Will in solemn form and also a
Copy of the Orders to heirs thereon except Mrs Martha
Jane Jewett, Mrs Mattie Kittie Jewett Williams, Geo
B. Jewett and Mattie Sophia Benton who have acknowl-
edged in writing that they have had due and legal
service of said petition and of said Order, therefore
as all of the parties have been notified of the time
