and George M. Blitch one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
Codicil of P.B.H. Dudley and who after being duly sworn
say that they saw P.B.H. Dudley sign seal, publish and declare
the foregoing will and Codicil as his last will and testament
while of sound and disposing mind; that they together with
James K. Sheffield S.H. Rhoden as witnesses to the said will
and C.M. Banknight and J.C.Neal, as witnesses to the said
Codicil, witnessed the same for him at his request, and in
his presence, and in the presence of each other; and that the
same was executed voluntarily by him on the days they purpert
to have been executed

Ordered that the foregoing will and Codicil
