of hearing of said petition and of said order have
failed to show cause of any Kind why said paper
should not be proven in solemn form and admitted
to record as the last will and Testament of the said
Henry L. Jewett
It is therefore ordered and adjudged by
the Court upon proof of said Will in open Court
by all the witnesses to said Will, namely R.S. Collins
H.F. Tillman & H.M. Powers being carefully examined
by the Court and their evidence satisfactory to the Court
that same be set up as the last Will and Testament
of Henry L. Jewett late of Bibb County Georgia, now
deceased, and be admitted to record as such, the said
will having been proven in solemn form, And it is further
ordered, that Letters Testamentary issue to Geo B. Jewett
upon his taking and subscribing to the oath required
by law C.M. Wiley,

Thousand Eight hundred and ninety seven the Last Will &
Testament of Henry L. Jewett of said County, Deceased, was ex-
habited in open Court, and in solemn form of Law proved
and admitted to record a Copy of which is hereto annexed
and Administration of all and singular the Goods, Chattels
Credits, Lands & Tenements of said deceased, was by Order
of said Court granted to George B. Jewett the Executor
