in and by said Will named and appointed
   Now therefore, the said George B. Jewett having
taken the oath (required by law) and performed all other
requisites, required by law, is by virtue of these presents
legally authorized to administer the Goods, Chattels and
Credits, Lands and Tenements of said deceased, according
to the Tenor and effect of said Will and Testament, and

according to law and is hereby required to render^true
and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods,
Chattels, Lands and Tenements of the said deceased
appraised and returned to this Court according to law
and to render a true and correct account to the Ordinary
of said County of Bibb, of his actings and doings,
yearly, until said administration is fully completed
          In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto Officially
set my hand and affixed the seal of the Court of
Ordinary of Bibb County, and State aforesaid, this the

tamentary as issued to George B. Jewett as the Executor
of the Last Will and Testament of Henry L. Jewett, late
of Bibb County, Georgia, now deceased as it all appears
of record in the Office of the Ordinary of Bibb County
Georgia.  In testimony whereof, I have hereunto officially
set my hand and affixed the seal of the Court of Ordinary
