Your petitioner Geo B. Jewett, shows that on the 28th
day of January 1897 Henry L. Jewett late of said County
departed this life after having made and published a
Last Will and Testament of which he nominated your
petitioner the Executor, Your petitioner further shows
that the heirs at Law and under the Will of said de-
ceased are, to wit Your petitioner, Mrs Martha Jones Jewett,
who is the widow of said deceased, Mrs Mattie Kittie
Jewett Williams and her children, namely Martha Jewett
                    Henry Jewett Williams, born Dec 1st 1887
Williams, born Nov 9st 1885^Hannah Gillan Williams, born
Oct 28" 1895, and an infant not yet named, born Dec 31" 1896
And John H. Jewett and his wife Lou Ella Jewett and
their Children namely Mary Lou Jewett born May 29
1876 Kittie Lee Brantley nee Jewett born 25 April 1879,
Henry Lee Jewett, born Dec 8 1883, & Raymond Sanders
Jewett, born Dec 23 1889, and Mattie Sophia Benton
The Macon Savings Bank being appointed Trustee
for John H. Jewett and his wife Lou Ella Jewett
and their Children
  You petition further shows that all the Children
of Mrs Mattie Kittie Jewett Williams and of
John H. Jewett are Minors
        Your petitioner produces said Will in Court
and prays that it may be proven in solemn form
and to that end he prays that all of the above named
persons heirs at law and legatees under the Will
of said deceased all of Bibb County, Georgia, to be
cited to appear at the next term of this Court of
Ordinary for said County, to be held on the first
Monday in March 1897 at 10 oclock A.M. and
show cause if any exists why said Will should not
be proven in solemn form and admitted to Record
as the Last Will and Testament of Henry L. Jewett
deceased, and that Letters Testamentary issue to your
petitioner in terms of the Law. This Feb 9 1897
