Before me, H.G. Mason, County Judge
in and for said County, personally appeared Oscar W.
Collier who being by me duly sworn, says that he
was personally present as a subscribing witness, with
James D. Leitner and V.L. Leitner, who were also present
as subscribing and attesting witnesses, and saw the
Testator Willis W. Conner subscribe his name to the
instrument of writing hereto annexed as and for his
Last Will and Testament and that the said Willis
W. Conner did then and there in the presence of
said three witnesses, publish and declare the same
to be his Last Will and Testament, That the said
three witnesses, did then and there at the special
request of said Willis W. Conner and in his pres-
ence, and in the presence of each other, subscribe
their names thereto as attesting witnesses And the
said Oscar W. Collier further swears that he verily
believes the said instrument of writing, hereto annexed
so subscribed, published, declared and attested as afore-
said to be the true Last Will & Testament of said Tes-
tator, the said Willis W. Conner

The said Last Will and
duly
Testament having been^established by the sworn tes-
timony of Oscar W. Collier subscribing and attesting
witness thereto as being the true Last Will and Tes-
tament of the said Willis W. Conner, and no objection
being made to the Probate thereof, And it appearing to
the County Judge of said County by due proof that
the said Willis W. Conner died on the 13" day of
February AD 1897. It is therefore Ordered, adjudged,
