This is the Last Will and Testament
of Martha L. Oliver, I being of health & feeling my days
are few upon this earth & desiring to dispose of what effects
my creator has seen fit for me to possess, until death
I will bequeath to each one of my heirs at death, such
property as I may then possess, after my burial expenses
including a cheep Monument, & personal debts herewith
mentioned, One debt, $120, one hundred and twenty dollars
for borrowed money due on Note to my son, said
note in his possession, & my daughter Georgia Hellen
Smith, a Note of, $120, one hundred & twenty dollars, given
for the purchase of her Piano, Also a note for $50 fifty
Dollars, borrowed money, both notes in her possession
& neither of the three notes are to draw interest
The remainder of my (property), effects and estate
shall be divided thus Mrs Georgia H. Smith my
daughter all my wearing apparel, The household fur-
nature and bedding, after setting aside enough to furnish
a bedroom & Kitchen outfit for my husband P.M. Oliver
After which she will recieve an equal division with my
son A.B. Oliver & P.M. Oliver, one third each, The above is my
