Personally appeared before me
A.J. Cone and T.J. Cone, well known to me, who
being duly sworn, say that they were personally
well acquainted with Martha L. Oliver, deceased,
during her life time and that they are familliar
with the handwriting of the said Martha L. Oliver
and that the paper writing herewith exhibited as the
Last Will and Testament of the said deceased to
the best of their Knowledge and belief is in the
handwriting of the said Marth L. Oliver and that
her signature thereto is genuine. Affiants further
swear that they have no interest in any manner
in or to the Estate of the said Martha L. Oliver
or of any part thereof and that they fully believe
the said Last Will and Testament aforesaid to be the
true Last Will and Testament of the said Martha
L. Oliver deceased

Upon reading and considering the fore-
going, paper-writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Tes-
tament of Martha L. Oliver, deceased, and upon an examination
of the proof accompanying the same, It is ordered and decreed
that the said paper writing, bearing date of October 1st 1896,
signed by the said Martha L. Oliver, and attested by Thomas West
and Georgia West as subscribing and attesting witnesses, be and
the same is hereby allowed as and for the true Last Will and
Testament of the said Martha L. Oliver, dec'd, and that the
same be admitted to Probate and record, with the proof
thereof, according to law
