Last Will and Testament of J.M. Hunter
In the name of God Amen
I James M. Hunter of the State of Florida and County
of Alachua, being of sound mind, and memory and un-
derstanding, well knowing that life is uncertain and death
certain, and desiring to make some disposition of the real
estate, goods chattels and effects which I now have or may
hereafter acquire, while health and Strength prevail-do
make, declare, and publish this to be my last will &
testament-
1st It give and bequeath is my will that all of my just debts
and funeral expenses be first paid
2nd I give and bequeath to my daughter Anna Hunter all
of my real estate; consisting of parts of Sections 22, 23,
and 25, in Township 11, Range 21, as will more fully appear
by reference to a deed of conveyance made and executed
to me by James M. Hawthorn and wife, and dated
January 17th 1870, containing Seven hundred & forty (740) acres
more or less, with all and singular the improvements per-
taining to the same, less two hundred acres sold to Robert B.
Hunter, my son, and forty acres sold to James Turner jr
3d I further give and bequeath to my said daughter Anna
her heirs and assigns, all of my household and Kitchen
furniture; also all wagons carts buggies, and other Vehicles
also all horses cattle, swine, and other domestic animals
and all personal property
of any description of which
I may be possessed at my death.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 13th day of June 1881

We hereby certify that we and each of us was present at
the signing of the foregoing will by James M. Hunter &
he did then and then declare and publish it as his
last will and testament, and that we and each of us
