John Haile

Eva Haile and Allen Haile, except as hereinafter pro-
vided, I devise and bequeath to John Chesnut in Trust
for their benefit, as to the share of Allen Haile to be
held only until he obtains the age of twenty one years
then to be paid over to him, as to the share of Eva Haile
my will is that the trust shall continue, during her
natural life and that the said Trustee shall hold
it free and clear of any rights of any husband she
may hereafter marry, and free of any claims of
any debts that any such husband may owe, with
power to the trustee to change investments in his dis-
cretion, and to use if it be necessary for the comfort
of the said Eva Haile and any family she may
have, any part of the principal of the trust fund
and whatever of the trust fund remains at the death
of the said Eva Haile, shall pass to and vest in her
heirs at law
    In witness Whereof I have hereunto signed my
name in the presence of the subscribing wit-
nesses hereto at Richmond, Virginia, the twen-
tyfourth day of June 1896.

and in the presence of each other subscribed our

I hereby add this, the first,
Codocil to my Last Will and Testament made
June 24" 1896, and declare the same as and for
a part of my Last Will and Testament
   I bequeath to Mary Haile Allen, and to Louisa
McCaa Allen, daughters of Donald Allen of
Staunton Virginia the sum of Five hundred Dollars
each
   I hold the Note of James Chesnut of Alachua
County, Florida for the sum of eleven hundred dollars
and sixty six dollars ($1,166.00) secured by Mortgage on
lands in Alachua County, Florida, In the event
