The foregoing Codocil to the Last Will and Testament
of John Haile was acknowledged and declared
by him to be a part of his said Last Will and
Testament and signed by him in our presence &
we at his request and in his presence and in the
presence of each other, all of us being together at

We do solemnly swear that this writing contains
the true Last Will and Testament Codocil of the with-
in named John Haile, deceased, so far as we know
or believe, and that we will well and faithfully
truly execute the same by paying first the
debts and then the legacies contained in said
Will and Codocil as far as his goods and chattels
will thereunto extend and the law charge them
and we will make a true and perfect inventory
of all such goods and chattels, So help us God

Upon due consideration of the testimony taken by the
Commissioner, James C. Lamb Probate Judge of Henrico
County, Virginia (Richmond) and being satisfied with
the sufficiency thereof, It is Ordered, Adjudged and
Decreed that the said instrument in writing purporting to
be the Last Will and Testament & Codocil of John Haile be
admitted to probate, and it is so Ordered
