In.re. The matter of the last }     {In County Court, Alachua
Will and Testament of         }     {  County, Florida.
J.A. Williams, dec'd          }          
                           The petition of Eliza B. Williams
respectfully represents that she is a resident of the
County of Alachua, State of Florida: That A.A.
Williams, late of said County and State died in-
testate on the 28" day of Nov AD 1895 seized and
possessed of an estate consisting of real and per-
sonal property, situate and being in the said
County and State. That said J.A. Williams left
heirs and legal representatives him surviving, to wit
Wife and four children, viz Eliza B. Williams, wife
James A. Williams, Lida Williams H.M. Williams
and C.D. Williams, children. And left a Last
Will and Testament in due form of law disposing
of said estate and naming therein your petitioner
Eliza B. Williams as Executor thereof, which said
will was made and duly executed on the 18"
day of July, AD 1894
       Your petitioner herewith presents said
Will and prays that the same may be admit-
ted to proof and allowed and recorded as and
for the true Last Will and Testament of said
deceased. And that Letters Testamentary do
issue thereon to her the said petitioner in accord-
ance with the forms and requirements of law
     And petitioner will ever pray &c

In the matter of the Last Will and Testament }
of J.A. Williams, deceased, late of Alachua  }
County, Florida.                             }
                The said Last Will and Testament
having been duly established by the sworn tes-
timony of V.H. Ellis a subscribing and attesting
witness thereto as being the true Last Will and
Testament of the said J.A. Williams, and no
objection being made to the probate thereof.
       And it appearing to the County Judge
