Alachua County         (see page 19)
                 I Isabel H. Hopwood of Gainesville
              in the aforesaid state & County, being of
              sound and disposing Mind, Memory and discretion
              and being mindful of the uncertainty of human life 
              and being desirous of disposing of all My worldly
              affectis while I have strength and discretion so to do,
                   Do Make, publish and declare this to be my last
              Will and testament hereby revoking all other wills and
              testaments that may heretofore have been made by me.
Imprimius      I desire My executors hereinafter named to pay out of my
              property all of My Just debts, wherever and to whom
              soever due, so soon as the same Can practably be
     Item     done.- It is My will and desire and I do hereby authorise
              and empower My executors hereinafter named to sell and
              dispose of and Convey at such time as they in the exercise
              of their best Judgment and discretion shall see proper
              the following described lot or parcel of land situated
              lying and being in the town of Gainesville in the County of
              Alachua in the state of Florida particularly described
              as Block one (1) of Range Seven (7) together with all
              the improvements and appurtenances thereon and the proceeds
              of the sale of said lot I do hereby give devise and
              bequeath as follows Two fifths thereof to My Very dear
              brother William A. Hopwood of Granby in the state
              of Connecticut one fifth thereof to Susan R. Hopwood
              My said brothers wife and the remaining two fifths of the
              proceeds of the sale of said lot I do give devise and
              bequeath unto my said brothers four (4) Children now living
              or to such of them as may be alive at the time of the
              sale of said lots, said two fifths to be divided among
              them Equally share and share alike;
   Item       I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my
              brother-in-law Burt C. Drake of Gainesville Florida
              all that Certain lot, piece or parcel of land
              situated, lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
              in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
              particularly described as lot number Eighteen (18)
              in Brush's addition to said Town of Gainesville
              the same being Two hundred (200) feet, from north
              to south by Four hundred (400) from East to West
              together also with all the Machinery, Mills fixtures
              tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
              same belonging or in anywise appertaining
         Item  It is My Will and desire that all the rest
