Alachua County      Personally came George J. Arnow to
me well Known, who being duly sworn says that the writing
purporting to be the last will & testament of James M.
Hunter, deceased, he verily believes is the last will of the
said Hunter, and that he together with A.P. Price and
B.S. Rhodes, son James M. Hunter sign the same and
publish and declare the same to be his last will, and
that he and the said Price and Rhodes signed the same
as subscribing witnesses
     Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 10th day of Sept-1881

                The last Will and testament of James
M. Hunter, having been proved in due form of law by Geo.
J. Arnow, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto; It is 
therefore ordered that the same be allowed as proved and
admitted to record
     Done and ordered this Oct. 8th 1881

     To the Hon. J.C. Gardner County Judge acting as Judge of 
Probate in and for the County of Alachua;
     Your Petitioner respectfully showeth unto your Honor that
Hectio Mangum, a citizen of said State & County departed
this life on the day of     1881, having while he lived or
at the time of his death, goods chattels rights and
credits in said State & County;
     Your petitioner would further show that said decd.
died leaving a will and nominating and appointing
your petitioner to be the executor of said will;
     Your petitioner would therefore pray your Honor
to allow a probate of said will in accordance
with law, your petitioner will well pray &c
